It seems you used to be able to enter a phone # on google, and the name and address showed up. Now the results only show a few sites claiming "free reverse lookup", but ask for a fee once you search. It does a great job for Canada and USA (never tested it for other countries)|||You can use whitepages for listed landlines. If you want to do a reverse lookup on a cell phone number, you won't be able to use whitepages.
I read an article earlier that explained how to reverse lookup cell phone numbers. I'll leave the link below for you.
