I need to find a name and address for a certain cell phone number. I know you can use a reverse cell phone lookup, to get this information, but what is the best one?. I do not mind paying for a reverse cell phone lookup service as long as I get the information i am looking for. I have used this service before, and it is very reliable. Not every cell phone number I have tried has come back with results, but most have. How can I block reverse lookup for my phone numbers?
I received the following email about blocking reverse number look up, but I can't figure out how to do it.
This is for USA phone numbers
Google has implemented a new feature which enables you to type a telephone number into the search bar and hit enter and you will be given the person's name and address. If you then hit Map, you will get a map to the person's house! It's a nationwide reverse telephone book.
If a child or adult gives out his/her phone number, someone can now look it up to find out where he/she lives. The safety issues are obvious.
Note that you can have your phone number removed or blocked. I tried my number and it came up along with the mapquest and directions stra ight to our house. I did fill out the removal form for myself, and encourage all of you to do the same.
In order to test whether your phone number is mapped, go to Google, http://www.google.com/ Type your phone number in the search bar (i.e. 555-555-12|||www.411.com does the same thing and has been in use for 5+ years

Can someone Find personal information from just your cell phone number like address etc?|||Nope. You can only find where they are from by the area code or call until they pick up. I know. Its kinda annoying.|||No. There's no cell phone directory. Cell phone numbers change for people so much - some have the same one for years and others chenge them on pay as you go regularly - so there's no real way to keep track.|||yes there is a site that find who owns that paricular cellphone number..i dont how they do it but it is real..search - reverse phone listing...

I need to get an accurate current address for a cell phone number. I have used several free services and have some basic information, but I need to get the details from a data base that charges for access. I want to make sure it's a good one if I'm paying for it.
I put my own number into many of the free services just to check their accuracy - you'd be surprised how bad most of them are!!!

You will find all kinds of sites that claim to be "free" but all you will get for free is the city and state. I have tried my personal cell phone number in many of these sites and they do not give correct info even at that. They usually come back and tell me that it is a landline number, which I know it is not. Good luck as I have not found any that I would trust|||superpages.com|||I usually use http://www.dogpile.com. You can get the basic information for free, but if you want a complete report you will have to pay.
